To the ladies of the eQuinelle Residence Club
We are once again this spring and summer getting together in the billiards room on Friday’s from 1:00 to 3:00 pm to practice, learn and play this great game of 8 ball billiards. There is no fee for this group.
This is a no-stress gathering to play with friends or to even learn how to play.
We use an app called Team Reach to coordinate our group. This ensures that if you plan on attending on any given Friday that you will be able to see who else is coming out that day. It only takes two people to play a game. You do not have to attend every week.
We will also, when it is required, get out more experienced players to give instruction and to help any players that are new to this game.
Here are the steps to take to get connected to this great group:
Download the Team Reach app (if you do not already have it)
Look up the group code Billiards8
Click on join the group – our group name is Pool Sharks
When I see that you have requested to join the group, I will make you a leader (everyone is a leader). You will then accept and you are in.
There are five icons at the top of the group. Comment box, calendar, pictures, people and message box. The main one you will go into is the calendar. You would click on the calendar and then select the date of the event that you are able to attend and click the yes button. After that you can click the view button which will allow you to see who else might be signed up for that Friday. Keep checking the calendar right up to the day of the event to see if any changes have been made to it and to verify if there is anyone else coming out that day.
You are always welcome to come out on your own to practice during that timeframe even if no one else is scheduled to play.
