Starter
Maple-Roasted Beet Salad with arugula, goat cheese, candied pecans, and a citrus-honey vinaigrette. Wine Pairing: Sauvignon Blanc — crisp and aromatic, with bright citrus notes
to complement the beets and vinaigrette.
Main Course
Guests may choose one of the following:
Pan-Seared Salmon Served with a lemon-dill beurre blanc, herbed basmati rice, and roasted asparagus. Wine Pairing: Chardonnay — lush and lightly oaked, enhancing the salmon’s buttery finish.
OR
Braised Beef Short Rib With garlic whipped potatoes, roasted root vegetables, and red wine demi-glace. Wine Pairing: Pinot Noir — light, elegant, and earthy, enhancing umami notes in both dishes.
Sweet finale
Strawberry Champagne Cheesecake - Creamy vanilla cheesecake swirled
with strawberry compote and topped with Champagne glaze.
Wine Pairing: Sparkling Rosé — effervescent and fresh, with hints of strawberry and citrus to complement the dessert
