Sculpting Mat Series September 8 - October 22nd

Get a full body workout with this sculpting mat class.  Traditional Pilates exercises combined with small hand weights to sculpt, tone and build your muscles to maintain healthy bones.

Using body and hand weights (1-5 lbs) for both upper and lower body strength.

Creative exercises to challenge your core, balance, stability and control.   

(Weights can also be optional for any of the exercises)

Option A 

Mondays @4:30 $60

Wednesday @10:00 am $60

Option B

Monday and Wednesday $100

Drop in class is $20
