You are invited to our annual general meeting on Wednesday, October 16th starting at 5pm.

Objectives: 

• Provide Resident Club Members with an update regarding the 2023/2024 membership year.  
• Outline plans for the 2024/2025 membership year.
• Answer members' questions.

Time: 5:00 pm 

The AGM meeting will take place between 5:00 to 5:30 pm. There will be no complimentary food or drinks.

Location: Large Multi-purpose Room in the Clubhouse.

Important:

We will also be offering online access through a Zoom application.  We are asking all interested participants to register for the event on or before October 10th, and indicate if you will attend in person or would like to participate via Zoom. Details about the Zoom connection will be sent out before the AGM.

If you have a question for the Board, please feel free to submit it on the registration form and these questions will be answered as part of the AGM presentation. Please note that your name will not be shared at the meeting.
