Age gracefully with Chow Qigong, a traditional Chinese form of exercises and a breathing science based on the knowledge and mastery of the vital energy (Qi).  It is associated with slow movements, breathing exercises, meditation and concentration. Chow Qigong exercises all the joints and muscle groups in the body and helps to enhance mobility and overall health. Chow Qigong was created and developed by Grandmaster Dr. Effie Chow.

Qigong has a 3000 year history.  You may have heard of Tai Chi which developed from Qigong 800 years ago.  Tai Chi shares some similarities with Qigong but Qigong is easier to learn and yields results faster.

Each lesson consists of one hour of exercises followed by a short relaxation.

The benefits of Chow Qigong:

  • Maintain balance and prevent bone fractures.
  • Loosen bodily structures and joints.
  • Improve health and vitality and boost your immune system.
  • Foster the development of internal Qi.
  • Improve Qi circulation in internal organs.
  • Encourage relaxation.
  • Emphasize concentration and discipline for the body, mind and spirit.
  • Prepare us for action and lead us into movement.
