Body Tune Up Classes with Julie Paquette

March is just around the corner and a perfect time to give your body a tune up!

Body Tune up Classes are 60 min and will be offered twice a week in the Exercise Studio on:

  1. Tuesday at 5:00 pm OR 
  2. Thursday at 1:15 pm

The classes are  beginner friendly, options will be offered for all levels of fitness.

WEEK 1 - Breathing 101

In this class we will learn and practice breathing techniques to make breathing more efficient and optimal allowing you to:

  • Improve your posture
  • Reduce muscle tension
  • Access your core musculature to improve core stability
  • and more....

WEEK 2 - Spinal Mobility

In this class we will learn and practice spinal mobility exercises allowing you to:

  • improve thoracic spine mobility
  • improve your golf swing
  • prevent low back and neck strain

WEEK 3 - Hips 

In this class we will learn how to improve hip mobility allowing you to:

  • walk efficiently
  • improve hip joint mobility 
  • improve hip shift for your golf swing, running, walking and dancing !
  • reduce back pain ( tight hips = back pain)

WEEK 4 - Core Stability

  • improve awareness of your core muscles
  • learn to engage your core muscles efficiently
  • strengthen your core NOTE: NO CRUNCHES, NO LEG LIFTS, NO SIT UPS , NO AB MACHINE
  • learn how to integrate your core with strength training


Classes offered on :

OPTION #1: TUESDAY at 5:00 pm on March 4, 11, 18, 25 

  • All 4 classes:  $100 
  • DROP IN: $30 / class

OPTION #2:  THURSDAY at 1:15 pm March  6,13, 20, 27 

  • All 4 classes: $100 
  • DROP IN: $30 / class
