Sculpting Mat Series (6 weeks)

Get a full body workout with this sculpting mat class.  Traditional Pilates exercises combined with small hand weights to sculpt, tone and build your muscles to maintain healthy bones.

Using 1-2 lb hand weights for both upper and lower body strength.

Creative exercises to challenge your core, balance, stability and control.  

(Weights can also be optional for any of the exercises)
