We are thrilled to announce that the INDOOR pickleball COURTS will be available throughout the summer WHEN THE MULTIPURPOSE ROOM IS AVAILABLE. Please review the guidelines below carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Indoor Play Schedule:
The first two weeks of May, we will be following the normal winter INDOOR schedule, IF NOT PLAYING OUTDOORS BECAUSE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER.
After the initial two weeks, there will be no specific times FOR INDOOR PLAY. REMEMBER THAT golf and Residents Club activities will take precedence. We encourage you to check the Residents Club CALENDAR regularly to stay updated on available times. REMEMBER THAT SOME MULTIPURPOSE ROOM ACTIVITIES MAY NOT BE SHOWN AS BLOCKED OFF ON THE CALENDAR.
Guidelines for Indoor Play:
- Golf and Resident’s Club events and previously scheduled activities will take precedence over open play sessions. Please check the Residents Club CALENDAR before planning your games.
- During open play times, members are responsible for organizing and managing their own matches. This includes coordinating with other players and ensuring fair use of the facilities.
- It’s crucial that we maintain the condition of our indoor facilities. Please leave the room as you found it, dispose of any trash, and return tables and equipment to its designated place. PICKLEBALL NETS WILL HAVE TO BE SET UP, AND TAKEN DOWN AFTER PLAY.
- To protect the court surfaces, only non-marking soled shoes are allowed during indoor play. This helps prevent damage and ensures the safety of all players.
- Remember to be respectful of other residents’ use of club spaces, AND IF MANAGEMENT ASKS YOU TO LEAVE BECAUSE THEY NEED THE ROOM, PLEASE DO SO AS REQUESTED.
Weather Considerations:
In cases of extreme or prolonged weather conditions, we may need to adjust the indoor play schedule. We’ll provide guidance as needed and monitor the situation to make the necessary changes.
