Call for volunteers

The Advisory Board received the following message from Irene Blais and Marianne Phillips:

After careful consideration, we have decided to conclude our responsibilities as Co-Leads of Women Who Lunch for personal reasons. 

Since the group’s inception in March 2023, it has been our privilege to help foster a vibrant and engaged community through numerous luncheons and special events, and four community service initiatives. We are grateful for the support and participation of our members and are confident that there may be interest within the Resident Club from individuals who wish to step forward and continue to lead this valued group.

We are very grateful to Marianne, Irene and the other volunteers who organized Women Who Lunch activities over the past years.

But now it is time for others to pick up the torch.

- Are you interested in continuing Women Who Lunch? It doesn't have to be a big job; you could start with a luncheon in the spring, and it can always grow from there.

- Or do you want to start another initiative that brings together women in a relaxed social setting?

Either way, the Advisory Board will help you get your ideas started!
