All Resident Club members are invited to the 2026 Equinelle Resident Club Annual General Meeting, starting at 5pm on Thursday, October 29th in the Rideau Room. Our goal is to end the meeting no later than 6pm. The meeting's agenda is:
- Introduce the composition of the Advisory Board and its new members.
- Review the activities and events of the past year and what is planned for the future.
- Review how we get our funding and present our financial statement.
- Review a summary of the feedback and suggestions we received in response to our survey email.
- Allow the general manager to make some remarks.
- Provide members an opportunity to ask questions to the Advisory Board and the general manager.
Please note that there will be no food or entertainment other than water available at the back of the room or what you may purchase at the Fireside Grill. If you plan to be there, please be seated no later than 4:55pm. If you have any questions in advance for the Advisory Board or the general manager, we ask you to send them to info@equinelleresidentclub.com no later than October 15th so we can respond and share those responses to all the membership. Minutes will be distributed afterwards. We look forward to seeing you there!
