You Will Experience:

- Gentle Restorative Poses: Relax effortlessly in floor-based postures fully supported by cozy pillows and blankets (all provided).
- Immersive Sound Bath: Conclude your evening washed in a soothing, therapeutic sound bath.
This event is entirely floor-based. No prior yoga experience, flexibility, or fast movement required.

Early Bird: $30 (available through Sunday, September 27th)- Regular: $40
- Optional Add-On: +$25 for the Manifesting Gratitude Journal (the perfect tool to continue your intention setting practice at home)
