Advisory Board Nominations

Dear Members

Members of the Advisory Board are elected by the membership and volunteer their time to manage all activities of the club in the best interest of members and to facilitate communication regarding the operation of the facilities with the owners and the facilities management team.

Each September the Advisory board looks to have persons interested in contributing to the community as a member of the resident club advisory board.  A Nomination and Election Committee chaired by Glen Siegersma and supported Mitch Barsalou has been established. 

The election opens on Aug 23rd, 2019 and will close on Sept 9th, 2019. 

To submit your candidacy, please follow these steps:

1. Click here  to determine your eligibility to run for a seat on the board and the nomination form. 

2. Obtain endorsement of your candidacy from two resident club members - Please note that members cannot be from the same household.

3. Send the completed nomination form to info@equinelleresidentclub.com or

4. Hand deliver completed nomination form in a sealed envelope to Courtney Miller at the clubhouse.

Nominations will be accepted until 5:00 pm on Monday, September 9th, 2019

Results of the nomination process will be provided the during that week.

Depending on the number of nominations received, nominees will either be acclaimed or details on the voting procedure will be sent to resident club members on the 12^th September, 2019 by email.
