Stability Ball class

Come on out and have a ball while improving your fitness level! Performing exercises and stretches on the stability ball brings the mind and body together to execute movements correctly and safely, leading to improved core strength, coordination, balance, total body strength and range of motion. The class will focus on introducing participants to basic ball exercises with progressions provided as per individuals’ comfort level. Stability balls are provided but you are welcome to bring your own and a yoga mat if you’d like.
Cindy is a member of the Residents club and a certified fitness instructor who is offering stability ball classes to our members on a pay as you go basis.
The cost is $10 per class and payable at the start of the class.
Confirmation of weekly classes will be provided one week in advance to ensure that registered members are made aware of scheduling changes.
Due to size constraints registration for each class will be limited to 8 participants. You must register weekly to reserve your spot.
