This class will focus on total body conditioning and range of motion for all muscles groups. It will involve a combination of a cardio warm up, strengthening, core and balance exercises. It will end with some stretches. Proper posture and better balance will be the focus and exercise options will be offered during the class. We will be using weights, bands and balls during the class!
Winter session Monday and Wednesday from 10:30 to 11:30 am
January 26th until April 27th 2022
Please note: no class on February 16th
Costs: Special Zoom classes fees $4/class
Once a week $48 and twice a week $96 for the winter session.
