This class consists of 20 minutes of low impact aerobics, 20 minutes of muscle strength and conditioning and 20 minutes of core, balance and a light stretch. Options will be provided to accommodate mobility restrictions or to increase intensity. We will use a variety of equipment available in the studio.
Yoga mats are provided but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Wear comfortable clothing and running/training shoes.
