Performing exercises and stretches on the stability ball brings the mind and body together to execute movements correctly and safely, leading to improved core and total body strength, coordination, balance and range of motion. The class will focus on introducing participants to basic ball exercises with progressions provided as per individuals’ comfort levels. Balls and yoga mats are provided at the gym but you are welcome to bring your own.
Wear comfortable clothing and running/training shoes.
