Great news! The EQ Resident Club will have a social dance class (i.e. ballroom, swing, Latin) in July! Doctors say social/ballroom dancing is great for us as we age because it helps us physically (boy, do we move!), cognitively (boy, do we think!) and socially (boy, do we have fun and meet friends).
Nancy Cowan will be teaching at the club from 7 - 8 pm Mondays in July. (July 4, 11, 18. 25).
The commitment is only 4 classes - just enough to pique your interest and give you a taste of the joy that is social dancing.
The fee is $20 per person/class ($80 for the session) or $30 per couple/class ($120 for the session). We ask that you please reserve your space and respect her by sending her an etransfer by Monday, June 27 for all 4 classes.
