Hatha Yoga

This class combines mindful movement, both static and dynamic - vinyasas (breath-paired movement sequences), asanas (yoga postures) and breathing to improve strength, stability, flexibility, balance, concentration and general health (physical, mental and spiritual). Wear anything comfortable that allows your body to move freely and keep you warm and cozy.

Restorative Yoga

This class is appropriate for everyone - from the sedentary and low-energy to the elite athlete - we all need to de-stress and relax. It is a slow-paced, relaxing, gentle practice - the body is supported with the help of props such as straps, blocks and bolsters. - passive poses to soothe the body and still the mind. -breathing techniques and full-body guided relaxation - this practice helps prevent injury from tightness and tension, trains you to mentally slow down, prepares the body and mind for meditation, encourages greater self-awareness and calms the nervous system.
