Hatha Yoga: See Tuesday class.
Yin/Restorative Yoga: This class is appropriate for everyone - from the sedentary and low-energy to the elite athlete - we all need to de-stress and relax. It is a slow-paced, relaxing, gentle practice - the body is supported with the help of props such as straps, blocks and bolsters. - passive poses to soothe the body and still the mind. -breathing techniques and full-body guided relaxation - this practice helps prevent injury from tightness and tension, trains you to mentally slow down, prepares the body and mind for meditation, encourages greater self-awareness and calms the nervous system.
Cost: Members who attend Carol's Tuesday class may attend Thursday’s zoom class for free that week. Otherwise, you can show your appreciation for Carol’s services using a “gift wish list".
